Chemiseal Specification
57mm (nominal) diameter.
AISI 316L stainless steel body/diaphragm.
M6 threaded fill hole with grub screw.
1/2" BSP female instrument connection.                                  
1/2" BSP male threaded process connection with 10mm bore.
PN rating 100 bar.

Pressure Gauge Specification
Nominal 100mm diameter.
AISI 304 stainless steel case.
AISI 316L stainless steel wetted parts.
Micro-adjustable pointer.
Polycarbonate plastic window.
Dual scale dial (bar outer in black & psi inner in red).
1/2" BSP thread direct bottom connection.
Gauge accuracy ±1.0% FSD.
Gauge is supplied dry but can be liquid filled if required.

Fill Fluid
FDA approved non-toxic glycerine.

Please note that pressure gauge must never be removed from the chemiseal otherwise fill fluid will be lost and unit will be non-operational.
