Peak / Max Pressure Gauges
£POA
Monitoring transient spikes in pressure or temperature is critical for safeguarding machinery and diagnosing system faults. Our Peak Pressure Gauges feature a secondary indicator—commonly referred to in the industry as a follower pointer, drag pointer, tell-tale pointer, or slave pointer—designed to capture and hold the absolute maximum reading reached within your process.
Tamper-Proof Reset System
The maximum indicator is pushed forward by the main gauge pointer as pressure or temperature rises. When the system pressure drops, the peak pointer remains firmly in place, giving you an accurate record of the peak event.
- Manual Reset: The pointer stays at the maximum position until it is manually reset using a specialised tool supplied with the gauge.
- Anti-Tamper Control: To prevent unauthorised resetting or accidental adjustments on-site, the reset tool can be completely removed from the instrument and stored securely by maintenance personnel. Alternatively, it can be left attached to the gauge face for easy access.
