Differential Gauges

£POA

Our Differential Pressure Gauges are engineered to measure and display the exact difference in pressure or vacuum between two independent sources or two distinct points within the same system. Rather than measuring pressure relative to the atmosphere, these instruments continuously compare two process inputs to provide vital data on system efficiency and performance.

Common Industrial Applications

Differential gauges are essential diagnostic tools across a wide variety of pipework and fluid systems:

  • Filter Monitoring: A classic application is installing the gauge across a filter body. As the filter collects debris and becomes blocked, the pressure drop (differential pressure) across it increases. A high reading serves as an immediate visual indicator that the filter element requires cleaning or replacement.
  • Flow Rate Indication: When installed across a restriction in the pipework – such as an orifice plate or venturi tube – the differential pressure reading can be used to calculate and monitor fluid flow rates through the system.

Specifications & Configurations

Built to industrial standards to ensure long-term reliability in demanding process environments:

  • Dial Diameters: Available in high-visibility 100mm and 160mm sizes.
  • Versatile Ranges: Covers configurations from -1 bar vacuum up to 60 bar pressure.
