While standard diaphragm seals mount adjacent to pipework and can cause flow turbulence or product stagnation, our premium In-Line Hygienic Seals are inserted directly into the fluid stream. Featuring a completely round, circumferential internal diaphragm that mirrors the exact inner diameter of your pipework, this design provides an unobstructed, full-bore transition. It is the gold standard for monitoring pressure in lines carrying fast-flowing, highly viscous, or shear-sensitive media, entirely eliminating dead zones where product could settle and breed bacteria.

To accommodate diverse hygienic and industrial piping frameworks, these in-line units can be manufactured with several standard process connections:
- Screwed Male Threads: Available in DIN standards (DN 15 to DN 100) or SMS standards (1″ to 3″).
