• Premium Materials: The seal housing and diaphragm are manufactured from high-grade AISI 316L stainless steel as standard, with exotic materials available to special order.
• Process Connections: Standard options include 3/8″ BSP, 1/2″ BSP, and 1/2″ NPT. A compact 1/4″ BSPT connection is also available exclusively for our mini-seal variant.
• Instrument Connections: 1/2″ BSP is supplied as standard (1/4″ BSP for the mini-seal), with alternative threads engineered upon request.
• Safe Fill Fluid: Pre-filled with standard FDA-approved non-toxic glycerine, ensuring ultimate safety and fluid compatibility.
• Pressure Capabilities: Supports up to 400 bar maximum for the mini-seal configuration, and up to 100 bar maximum for all other standard thread sizes.

Available Custom Options

• Remote Capillary Line: Allows the pressure gauge or transmitter to be mounted away from the process line, isolating it from intense heat or heavy mechanical vibrations.
• Clean-Out Facility: Features an integrated flushing/clean-out connection, allowing maintenance teams to easily purge media buildup from behind the diaphragm without removing the seal from pipework.
