Our electrical contact gauges are designed to provide a reliable electrical output, allowing you to trigger alarms, start or stop pumps, open safety valves, or interface directly with PLCs when specific pressure or temperature set points are reached.
Vibration Resistance & Clean Switching
In environments where mechanical vibration or pulsation is present, standard contacts can suffer from “chatter” or arcing. To prevent this, we offer optional magnetic assist contacts. The built-in magnetic force accelerates the contact arm just before connection or separation, ensuring a clean, positive make or break every time, which drastically extends the service life of the switch.
Contact Configurations
We offer a comprehensive range of switching logic to suit your control circuitry. These can be configured as Single Electrical Contacts (SEC) or Double Electrical Contacts (DEC) operating on rising values:
